Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders for original items are normally processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders of original items will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

● Shipping method: Hungary Standard
Shipment cost: from HUF 1650 to 3300
Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days

● Shipping method: Europe Standard
Shipment cost: HUF 5300 to 31450
Estimated delivery time: 3 - 7 business days

● Shipping method: International Standard
Shipment cost: HUF 8189 TO 36131
Estimated delivery time: 10 - 21 business days

Shipping times are approximate and depend on where your country is located, your postal office, and custom practices. Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are beyond our control.

Orders of Prints via our Print-on-demand fulfilment partners attract different delivery charges which will be displayed at checkout.

Shipment to European and International addresses

Eleven Art Studio ships to addresses within Europe, and many international addresses, depending on the chosen courier.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Eleven Art Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including fees, tariffs, taxes).

You will be responsible for paying any additional custom taxes or charges by your government or post office.

Damages

Eleven Art Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
